House Six

One of the lower priced houses as not all of it was renovated. It will be upgraded when there's a change of tenants in the future, and price will reflect those upgrades.

It does have a wall separating the basement family room from the utility / laundry area - ideal for families with young children.

Furniture and appliances are NOT included.

Note that all of our townhouses are smoke free, smoking is permitted outside only away from other tenants' doors and windows.
