Executive House 

This house was created for the landlord's family. It was extras not available in the rest of the houses.

As all of our townhouses, this one has a large Master Bedroom with two closets, and two windows. It includes two more bedrooms, and the washroom is on the top floor. The basement has laundry hook-ups.

This house has been renovated with all new floors, new windows, news doors, new kitchen with easy care doors and silent hinges; new washroom. The basement except for the floor is well finished with many conveniences and storage areas. The two front door parking spaces are private, unlike the other houses, they do not share a driveway with other tenants.
