I'm just learning the program, I will be adding pictures albums for each houses as soon as I figure out how.
My properties are all well maintained, townhouses with full basement. They are ideal for the mid-income and family oriented. Each houses have:
- three bedrooms and one washroom on the top floor of these two story townhouses;
- large living room, and
- eat-in kitchen on the main floor off of the kitchen, and
- a full basement with laundry area and plenty of storage space, some basements have a wall separating the family room from the utility / laundry area.
- All tenants have a partially fenced-in backyard with room for a patio set, and room for a barbecue.
- The large back yard has plenty of shared space with other tenants.
- Each houses includes two front door parking.
- Each houses comes unfurnished,
- they all have gas heated forced air furnaces, and gas water heater.
Maintenance and General
- the grass is maintained by the landlady or her help including the tenants' private area providing the space is clear of obstructions.
- Tenants are responsible for their own snow removal.
- cats and dogs are welcome - tenants agree to full responsibility for their care and will reimburse the landlady for any damages caused by them.
- Tenants are required to have tenants' insurance as part of the minimum one year lease.
- Appliances are not included in the house rentals.
- All utilities are the tenants' responsibility.
- First and Last month's rent is required.
Neighbourhood:
- A family oriented neighbourhood,
- walking distance from County Fair Plaza, Walmart, Safeway, No Frills, TD Bank, Tim Horton, and many more amenities.
- City bus is just around the corner.
- Surrounded by city maintained walking trails and parks.
