• One washroom at top floor.
• Family room in full basement, some have a wall separating it from the utility / storage room.
• Laundry area / storage area in full basement.
• Large front door parking big enough for two small vehicles.
• Fenced-in back yard which provides room for a patio set and a barbecue.
• Well behaved, well trained, cats and dogs are welcome. 

Rent starts at $1275 / month plus all utilities, prices differ from house-to-house according to how much upgrades were done in each houses. Appliances are the tenants' own responsibility.
